　　Objective To investigate the application of the method of repairing the thumb distal soft tissue defects by thumb dorsal skin flap transfer,and evaluate the clinical effect of this method.Methods From 2010 to 2012,46 cases of thumb distal soft tissue defects were treated by thumb dorsal skin flap transfer in our hospital.
