A novel electronic tongue,so called ‘Smartongue,which was used for valuation of samples integral quality,was proposed in this paper.It was based on multifrequency largeamplitude pulse voltannetry (MLAPV) and constructed by several metallic working electrodes,such as platinum,gold,silver,palladium,tungsten and titanium,a Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a pillar platinum electrode as counter electrode for standard three-electrode systems.
