The study of chemotactic effect mainly focused on microfluidic devices to achieve the steady control of flow properties and concentration profiles on the scale of a single cell.Nowadays, the researches normally assumed that the concentration field was not affected by the existence nor by the motion of the cell.We described the influence of a eukaryotic cell motility to its chemical microenvironment by performing systematic numerical simulations.
