Objective: To discuss epidemiological character and relative risk factors ofrnidfacial fractures and to appraise postoperative therapy of midfacial fractures, the report is intended to reveal the risk factors of prognosis of midfacial fractures,which can offer impersonality bases for diagnosing midfacial fractures.Methods: To collect completely data of 140 patients with midfacial fracture, the data were analyzed systemic statistically in regard of gender, age, profession, injury causes associated injuries and fracture pattern.Operation time, corresponding clinical treatment and prognosis were analyzed in 120 operated cases.The report is intended to reveal the risk factors of prognosis of midfacial fractures with logistic regression analysis.
