Background: Osteoporotic vertebral fracture (OVF) is a significant risk of secondary fracture, among which 5.3％ were combined with neurological deficits.Surgical intervention is highly recommended for OVCF with neurological deficits,but when patients have severe bone fragility or comorbid medical problem, they are not suitable for surgical intervention.This study aimed at evaluating the effect of neurological recovery related with teriparatide in preventing secondary fracture of OVCF patients with neurological deficits.
