在男科门诊中,求医的性功能障碍患者有较多的比例,其中性欲低下为主诉的也为数不少,平均每天1-3例,每月约40例左右。如果这些患者主诉或者行为表现为单一的性欲低下的话,其诊断相对容易,如果合并有其他性功能障碍其诊断就比较困难,因此如何采取既有效又简单的诊断方法就比较困难。特别性欲低下合并勃起功能障碍,必须判断谁是原因,笔者尝试以精神分析法为基础对性欲低下进行甄别。
