本文就芸薹黄化病毒与PEMV-2协生互作进行了研究,通过农杆菌浸润接种的方法使BrYV与PEMV-2共同侵染本生烟,18℃下接种两局后BrYV与PEMV-2在本生烟上能产生协生症状,表现为新生叶先发病,叶片向下卷曲,在叶片上产生大片褪绿斑,之后褪绿斑逐渐变成坏死斑,而BrYV或PEMV-2单独侵染本生烟均不产生明显症状。24℃下,BrYV与PEMV-2也能产生协生症状,但与18℃相比,协生症状明显
