Atmospheric pressure nanosecond pulsed volume and surface discharges are obtained with different arranged wire-to-wire electrodes in airflow.For both of the two kinds of discharge,the impacts of the airflow on the discharge characteristics are investigated by taking the discharge images and analyzing the electrical signals at different airflow rates.For the volume discharge in stationary air,the discharge presents as filamentary discharge,and similar to the self-organized discharge.
