目前,加筋土工程所采用的土工合成材料不是价格较高,就是无法满足环保要求。为了响应国家关于建设节约型社会的倡导,从寻找经济环保加筋材料的角度出发,简要介绍了竹子的物理力学特性和防腐方法,并在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立竹筋格栅路堤的三维模型,分析土体固结和竹筋强度衰减对路堤安全系数的影响。发现在竹筋格栅完全失效之前,土体固结作用已经可以将路堤的安全系数提高到满足规范要求,从而验证在路堤工程中用竹子代替传统土工合成材料作为抗拉筋材,力学指标和耐久性指标都能满足设计要求。
At present, geosynthetics used in reinforced geotechnical engineering is not a high price, is unable to meet the environmental requirements. In order to respond to the country’s advocacy of building a conservation-oriented society, from the perspective of looking for economic and environmental protection reinforced materials, the physical and mechanical properties and corrosion protection methods of bamboo are briefly introduced. A three-dimensional model of the bamboo embankment embankment is established in the finite element software ABAQUS , The influence of soil consolidation and bamboo bar strength attenuation on embankment safety factor was analyzed. It is found that before the complete failure of the bamboo grid, soil consolidation can increase the safety factor of the embankment to meet the requirements of the code, so as to verify that the use of bamboo in the embankment instead of the traditional geosynthetics as the tensile material, mechanical indicators and Durability indicators can meet the design requirements.
