本文以集团自主研发设计的兆瓦级风机轮毂为研究对象,采用拓扑优化技术对风机轮毂进行了新的设计研究。首先确定轮毂的设计空间,再进行拓扑优化计算,分析轮毂传力路径,确定其材料分布。根据拓扑结果给出一种新型的轮毂结构,再对新设计轮毂壁厚进行尺寸调整来减轻重量,最后得到了一种相比原轮毂重量更轻,力学性能更加优良的结构。
