分析果胶酶处理果胶类物质(从浆料中获得)、白水和DCS水的效果,揭示果胶酶降解果胶类物质的规律以及对造纸白水性质的影响,特别是对阳离子需求量(CD)的影响。离子交换层析分析表明,果胶酶可以水解聚半乳糖醛酸类物质生成半乳糖醛酸。果胶酶KJ-544010可以明显降低DCS水的CD值,最高CD降低幅度可达到40%,而且果胶酶处理对DCS胶体粒度分布等性质也有影响。
Analysis of the effect of pectinase treatment of pectin (obtained from slurry), white water and DCS water reveals the regularity of pectinase degradation of pectic substances and their effect on the properties of papermaking white water, in particular on cation demand CD).
