目的 探究miRNA-30b(miR-30b)在高磷诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smoothmuscle cells,VSMCs)钙化过程中的作用及机制。方法 选取80-100g 健康雄性SD 大鼠,采用组织贴壁法体外分离培养原代大鼠胸主动脉VSMCs,用10mM β ？甘油磷酸盐(β ？glycerophosphate,β ？GP)诱导钙化。将VSMCs随机分为3 组：正常对照组(1

　　目的 探究miRNA-30b(miR-30b)在高磷诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smoothmuscle cells,VSMCs)钙化过程中的作用及机制。方法 选取80-100g 健康雄性SD 大鼠,采用组织贴壁法体外分离培养原代大鼠胸主动脉VSMCs,用10mM β ？甘油磷酸盐(β ？glycerophosphate,β ？GP)诱导钙化。将VSMCs随机分为3 组：正常对照组(10％DMEM),β ？GP 诱导7 天组(10％DMEM+10mM β ？GP 7d)和β ？GP 诱导14 天组(10％DMEM+10mM β ？GP 14d)。
