可调节式患肢抬高模型的研制与应用

目的分为可调比较2种抬高方式在骨科患者中的应用，可以有效减少手术后相关并发症，增加患者舒适度及稳定性，促进患者早日康复。方法将2014年12月1日-2015年6月80名上肢骨折患者，分别在本院黄山路院区和砀山路院区分别设为观察组和对照组，采用随机数字表根据患者患肢抬高方式分为可调式患肢抬高模型组及抬高海绵垫组，每组包括手部骨折28例，腕关节骨折5例，尺桡骨骨折7例。

后路复位固定椎体间植骨融合治疗C型胸腰椎骨折脱位的临床疗效

目的：通过临床观察探讨后路复位固定椎体间植骨融合治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的临床疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法：选取2010年至2014年以胸腰椎骨折脱位为诊断而入院患者32例，全部采取自后路复位固定椎体间植骨融合术治疗，统计患者的手术时间、术中出血量、以及伤椎椎体前缘高度，术后随访了解患者的骨折复位情况、植骨融合愈合情况以及神经功能情况。
