利用血卟啉激光对肿瘤进行光动力学治疗,虽已有十余年历史,并已积累了许多临床和实验研究资料,但仍有许多问题有待深入。肾上腺是机体重要的内分泌器官之一,光动力学作用对肾上腺的损伤如何?迄今未见详细的研究报道。本文通过动物实验作了电镜观察。本实验采用正常NIH小鼠,腹腔注射国产扬州血卟啉,剂量为10mg/kg。24小时后于全麻下切开腹壁暴露左删肾上腺,用氦氖激光直接照射。激光波长6328A,照光强度238mW/cm~2,照光剂量100J/cm~2。照光后1、3、6、12、24、48小时分别处死,每批3只,肾上腺组织块经4%甲醛1%戊二醛混合固定后,再以1%四氧锇再固定,Epon812包埋,超薄切片经醋酸铀、柠檬酸铅双重染色,用Philips EM-410透
