Background Coronary artery intervention diagnosis and treatment technology via radial artery approach has been successfully used for clinical purposes,for the minimally invasive treatment,rapid recovery,less pain,after all,interventional therapy is a treatment of traumatic,inevitably some complications occurred,light person affect treatment continues,the person that weigh limb ischemic necrosis,or even cause death.Clinical risk factors should be fully aware of complications,prevent the happening of the complications actively,to eliminate or reduce the harm of complications,is the problem that clinical nursing staff must be taken seriously.With the growing popularity of the via radial artery coronary intervention,the radial artery puncture to the problem of false aneurysm,this article aims to summarize the analysis of the causes and nursing countermeasures of postoperative concurrent pseudoaneurysms of patients accepting coronary artery intervention treatment via radial artery approach.
