黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)作为重要的免疫调节剂,它对绵羊外周血单个核细胞(Peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)感染牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)后细胞因子的免疫调节机制鲜见报道.本文主要探讨了绵羊PBMC在感染BVDV后细胞因子mRNA转录情况以及黄芪多糖对其的调控作用.结果表明Thl型细胞因子TNF-α和IL-12的mRNA转录水平在BVDV感染后6h达到转录高峰,其中IL-12在6h后降低,而在48 h时又达到较高水平,IFN-γ从0h开始呈下降趋势,并且加黄芪多糖后的mRNA转录水平较病毒组高(P<0.05); Th2型细胞因子IL-4和Treg型细胞因子IL-10 mRNA转录水平在病毒感染后6h显着升高(P<0.05)并到达高峰,而后逐渐下降.结果显示黄芪多糖能够提高BVDV感染绵羊PBMC中IFN-γ和IL-4的基因转录.
