  A nutritional soft sweet was made from the roseleaf extraction liquid of Rosa chinensis Jacq ("Crimson Glory"H.T.),cane sugar,maltose,konjac flour and carrageenan.The best formula has been obtained by orthogonal experiments on the basis of single factor experiment.The product with nice roseleaves.color and delicious taste was obtained with 8 % roseleaf extraction liquid,33.3 % maltose,56 % sugar,1.8% konjac flour,0.7 carrageenan,and 0.2% citric acid.The soft sweet is the new using way.of rose.
