Now our countrys higher education is developing rapidly.The popularization of higher education is speeding up, and the number of college students is surging.However, the problem of college students employment is becoming more and more serious in colleges and universities in China.Facing the serious employment challenges, many measures have been taken, but the problem of college students employment is still very serious.In order to solve the current employment problem, we must build up a new work system—a system of college students career development education—which emphasizes the content system, the organization system, the counseling system, the service system and so on.This work system should be employment-oriented.Only in this way can we relieve the current difficulties of college students employment truly and effectively.
