水泥路面形式是我国最为常见的路面形式,并且被广泛应用在我国各个地区。相比半刚性基层沥青路面,水泥路面具有更高的强度,但是水泥路面易开裂的特性限制了其在高等级公路中的应用。该文通过一系列三点弯曲缺口纤维增强混凝土梁的试验来研究其抗断裂特性,并使用了载荷-开口位移曲线作为评价不同纤维掺量的混凝土抗断裂性能的指标。结果表明:随着纤维含量的增加,纤维增强混凝土材料的抗压强度和劈裂强度会有所降低,而抗开裂性能显著提升。同时该文也对纤维材料增强混凝土抗开裂特性的机理进行了具体的解释。
Cement pavement form is the most common form of pavement in our country, and is widely used in all areas of our country. Compared with semi-rigid asphalt pavement, cement pavement has higher strength, but the easy cracking of cement pavement limits its application in high-grade highway. In this paper, a series of three-point bending notched fiber reinforced concrete beams were used to study their fracture resistance characteristics. Load-opening displacement curves were used as indexes to evaluate the fracture resistance of concrete with different fiber contents. The results show that with the increase of fiber content, the compressive strength and splitting strength of the fiber reinforced concrete will decrease, while the cracking resistance will be significantly improved. At the same time, the paper also concretely explained the mechanism of the fiber material to enhance the cracking resistance of concrete.
