本文应用模糊数学理论,建立了发动机故障辅助诊断的综合评判模式,并对模糊关系矩阵进行计算机优化。通过程序设计,实现了既能进行故障诊断,又能在不增加计算机内存的情况下,随机对大量经验进行总结、深化和保存的目的。对国产拖拉机发动机故障进行微电脑辅助诊断结果,取得了诊断准确率高和诊断速度快的满意效果。本文是微电脑辅助诊断系统在拖拉机发动机上的实际应用,在其他复杂设备上也可以应用。
In this paper, the fuzzy mathematics theory is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of engine fault diagnosis, and computer optimization of the fuzzy relation matrix is carried out. Through program design, it realizes the purpose of not only diagnosing faults but also summing up, deepening and preserving a large amount of experiences randomly without increasing the memory of the computer. The microcomputer-assisted diagnosis of domestic tractor engine failure has achieved satisfactory results of high diagnostic accuracy and rapid diagnosis. This article is the practical application of microcomputer-aided diagnosis system on the tractor engine, which can also be applied on other complex equipment.
