Objective: To evaluated survival motor neuron 2 (SMN2) and neuronal apoptosis inhibitory protein (NAIP) gene copy distribution and the association of copy number with survival in 232Chinese spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) patients.Method: A multiplexed ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) assay was performed to quantify the copy numbers of SMN2 and NAIP in patients.The distribution of gene copies, age at onset, outcome, and survival status of patients were then compared among different copy number groups.The distribution and survival modifier effect of combined SMN1-SMN2-NAIP genotypes were also analyzed.

目的:视网膜劈裂症(Retinoschisis,OMIM: 312700)是一种X性连锁隐性遗传的视网膜营养不良性疾病,致病基因为RS1,位于Xp22.2.该病的发病机制为胚胎时期部分原始玻璃体与眼杯的内壁粘连,在玻璃体收缩时,视网膜内层被牵引.本文通过分析一视网膜劈裂症家系致病基因RS1突变类型,拟对该家系其他成员进行基因诊断.
目的:研究HLA半相合外周血造血干细胞移植治疗儿童X连锁肾上腺脑白质营养不良的效果.方法:患儿男性,5岁,因发现血浆极长链脂肪酸异常升高8月于2013年12月入院.其哥哥在2013年4月因运动、智力倒退在我院经头颅MR、血浆极长链脂肪酸分析、ABCD1基因突变分析确诊为X-连锁肾上腺脑白质营养不良(X-ALD),混合型.随后对本患儿行相关检查也确诊为X-ALD混合型,脑症状前期.
