Breast cancer(BC)remains the common cause of cancer-related mortality in women. It is crucial for new BC therapeutics to detect the receptor status of BC cells on the surface and inner, because chemical messengers can bind the receptors and promote tumorigenesis.BC cell lines and biopsies showed significant increased expression of neurokinin-1 receptor(NK1).In current study,we investigated the role and mechanism of NK1 receptor signaling in BC cell migration.
