研究一种杜仲橡胶(TPI)与天然橡胶(NR)共混硫化胶性能及其在汽车减振制品扭力梁铰接中的应用。结果表明,在原天然橡胶体系中并用少量杜仲橡胶,可以在保持原胶料物理性能基本不变的情况下,大幅提高天然橡胶的伸张疲劳性能、耐屈挠性能和动态力学性能,并且能够显著改善汽车扭力梁铰接的耐疲劳性能,在汽车减振橡胶件的应用前景令人期待。
本文主要介绍我司汽车变速器齿轮渗碳淬火、渗碳不均及表面挂彩的课题。分析验证结果表明,齿轮表面覆盖热前切削液等残留物,因工艺设备的特殊性,炉内无法烧损并阻碍渗碳。通过分析验证采取成本最优的对策,即试验选择不阻碍渗碳的新型切削液,解决此问题。
