Background In recent years,the radial artery has become an alternative vascular access site for percutaneous coronary procedures.Radial artery injury will to affect second transradial coronary procedure.Transradial coronary intervention (TRJ) introduces a trauma to the radial artery (RA).We sought to evaluate the early radial injury effects of TRI on the RA by ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM).
