Bone is a major organ of metastasis for many kinds of tumor, particularly for prostate and lung cancer.Although the bone metastasis of tumor is commonly not the major reason of death, symptoms associated with bone metastasis resulted in a severe burden on the life quality.Unfortunately, there currently lack effective treatments for patients with bone metastasis.
