There are a lot of dental emergency situation.Especially on disabled or pediatric patient with negative behavior, accidental aspiration or ingestion of foreign body (ex:dental instrument) is one of the common accidents in dental procedure.The aim of this case report was to review risk factor, precaution and treatment of aspirated foreign body during dental procedure.
