In the current economic globalization and regional integration, under the new situation many countries and regions all improve how to plan as a whole regional economic coordination, strengthen regional economic cooperation to the important questions concern the countries and regions and future human survival and development, and then regional industry coordinate development is the key of the regional economic cooperation and achieving the development of regional integration.Therefore this paper under the background of Jing-Jin-Ji regional cooperation, the first analyze the importance of the industrial structure coordination, and then analyze deeply the present situation and existing problems of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic cooperation and the industrial structure of Lang fang city, and finally put forward the general ideas and measures on coordinated development of the industrial structure of the Lang fang city, in order to achieve the purpose that the coordinated development of the industrial structure drive to the economic and social harmonious and sustainable development.

分析了550kV SF6超高爪断路器液压操动机构的分合闸运动特性，建立了分合闸系统包括开关芙电磁铁、高速大流量控制阀、液压缸及断蹄器负载等结构的仿真模型，对液压机构的分合闸速度特性、电磁铁及多级控制阀的各级阀响应时间等进行了仿真分析．并通过实验测试了电磁铁位移、阀腔内油压、液压缸位移速度等特性．证明了仿真模型的准确性。
