To explore the role of MAP-2 and nestin in human embryonic digestive tract of developmental stages.Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expressions of MAP-2 and nestin in the esophageal,gastric and intestinal tissues of human embryos during the second, third and fourth month of development(n=1 6).
