aim:To investigate Effect of Syndrome Differentiationbased on Invigorating Spleen on phenotypes and functions ofdendritic cells(DCs) in chronichepatitis B patients(CHB) withdifferent traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome classification.Methods:Sixty CHB patients were included this study,according toTCM syndrome diagnosis standard.All the patients were divided intospleen deficiency and liver stagnation group,spleen deficiency anddampness-heat group,and deficiency of spleen and kidney group,each group were twenty.Ten healthy people were included as normalcontrol group.All the volunteers were collected peripheral bloodfor separating monocytes and biochemistry and HBV-DNA loadsdetection.DCs were isolated and induced from Peripheral bloodmonocytes,then the expression of surface markers were detected byflow cytometric analysis.IL-10 production of the DCs quantified byELISA.Repeating all these items after three mouth treatment.
