The production process of cement rotary kiln is a complicated physicochemical process of reaction and has the characteristics of big inertia,pure time-delay and nonlinearity.Model was established by the least squares support vector machine intelligent algorithm and the parameters of the kernel function was optimized by Particle swarm optimization algorithm,Matlab to analyze and the production data of some largescale cement to prove.The results shows that intelligent algorithm model can forecast accurately the cement rotary kiln temperature.
