根据GeneBank中桃拉综合征病毒(TSV)的全基因组序列,设计该病毒主要结构蛋白基因VP3的引物,并合成该基因至pBlueScript质粒载体上,同时其在5端和3端分别加上限制性内切酶的酶切位点.对该质粒载体进行克隆,获得目的基因片段,再将目的基因与pGEX-4t-3载体连接,构建重组表达载体pGEX-4t-3-VP3.将重组子导入大肠杆菌DH5α中,利用IPTG诱导表达后进行SDS-PAGE
