Aim of the study: Crocodile blood was found to be with many bioactivities, such as, antivirus, anti-bacteria, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.However, few studies on the antioxidant or anti-fatigue mechanism had been reported.The aim of this study were investigated the characters of hydrolysates of crocodile blood powder (HCBP) in the antioxidant and anit-fatigue in vivo and in vitro and to provide experimental basis for exploiting its values on medicine and functional food.
