　　In this work,we synthesized a curcumin derivative: diacetyl curcumin.The structure of diacetyl curcumin was characterized by FT-IR and H-NMR.The interaction between diacetyl curcumin and bovine serum slbumin was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy under physiological conditions.
