小麦赤霉病(Fusarium Head Blight,FHB)是由禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum,F.g)引起的小麦的一种主要穗部病害,主要发生在湿润和半湿润地区.赤霉病不仅造成产量降低,而且其分泌的真菌毒素在小麦籽粒中积累导致品质下降,严重的可引发人畜中毒.
