Objective: Several techniques and various materials have been used for correction of saddle nose deformity.The aim of this article is to present the outcome of using a special technique (Turkish style introduced by Erol 1 in 2000) for nasal contour restoration.Methods: 4 patients with saddle nose deformity were enrolled.for correction rhinoplasty Turkish style technique were used.Donor sites for harvesting graft were chosen depends on the amount of cartilages which was needed.The recipient site was prepared and surgicel-wrapped diced cartilage graft has been used.
