本试验旨在制备鲤春病毒血症病毒(SVCV)P蛋白的单克隆抗体.采用RT-PCR方法扩增鲤春病毒P蛋白基因，将其克隆入pET-28a(+)载体中进行原核表达，利用SDS-PAGE方法鉴定表达蛋白约37kd.
