Objective:To evaluate the possibility of applying heterogenetic bone as internal fixator.Methods:The heterogenetic cortical bone was made into screws,plates,vertebral fixator and other objects with different geometrical figure and standard,which were applied for fixation of juxtaartucular and articular fractures.Different fixative ways were used and the paticnts followed up for 10 years.
