　　The central of plant hormone auxin signal transduction depends on the regulation of the abundance of members of the Aux/IAA proteins.Aux/IAA proteins are short-lived nuclear plant protein; act as a negative regulator to control auxin signaling transduction.Rice genome encodes 31 Aux/IAA proteins.Among them, OsIAA9 is a highly and rapidly auxin response gene, which contains the entire conserved domain belongs to Aux/IAA.
