[Objective]Owing to the importance of nutritional support in patients receive mechanical increasingly attention and Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube contains a lot of high-quality protein,we explored the possible mechanisms of early enteral nutrition (EEN) added P.aibuhitensis on the model of deep second degree scald in mice.[Methods]Seventy-two mice were randomly assigned to six groups (n=12/group): high dose (A,40% clamworm protein of total protein w/w),middle dose (B,30% clamworm protein of total protein w/w),low dose (C,20% clamworm protein of total protein w/w),positive control (D),blank (E) and control (F).The mice of A,B,C,D,F groups were inflicted with 8% TBSA Ⅱ degree scalding on the back and the index were observed on 1,2,7,14 post-bum day (PBD) (n=12,respectively).Equal amount of calories were applied via free feeding to those in F group.The scalded mice in A,B,C,D groups were administered orally with dose of 2 tablets/d every evening,and group E was granted with mouse food.Furthermore,the changes of body weight,serum endotoxin and serum TNF-α were obtained.
