Objective: To study the ultrasonic knife and technique in oral and maxillofacial squamous carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) analysis were performed in the clinical application value and operation skills.Methods: during February 2007 to December 2012 were randomly selected cross oral mucosal squamous cell carcinoma, 432 patients were divided into ultrasonic knife group (254 cases) and the electric knife group (216cases).Compare two groups of operation time, blood loss, postoperative 24h flow, postoperative hospitalization days and the occurrence of postoperative complications,etc.
