There are some metal ions in the Low or middle-grade phosphate rock,especially when the Mg2+is excess,which is still exist in the phosphoric acid by wet process and that will bring a series of complex chemical reactions in the process of wet process phosphate(WPA)ammonification reaction and manufacturing compound fertilizer,even causes the heat exchange tubes congestion and lead to more phosphate depletion.
