Objective:To study the level of serum IL-33,analyze the correlation with clinical features and to explore the possible role played in SSc vasculopathy.Methods:Serum levels of IL-33 was measured by Multiple Immunoassays for Flow in 52 SSc patients,30 healthy controls(HC)and 20 other diseases controls(DC)with Raynauds phenomenon.Age,gender,disease duration,type of hardening of the skin,organ involvement,ESR,CRP and nailfold capillaroscopy of SSc patients were collected.
