In order to improve the insight in plasma-catalysis,reactive molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of single and consecutive impacts of CHx (x={1,2,3}) plasma species on four different nickel catalyst surfaces at a temperature of 400 K were performed using the ReaxFF potential.These simulations provide information about the reaction behaviour and the adsorption probability of the plasma species at the catalyst surfaces.
