Lasers used to cool and trap atoms require narrow linewidths and good stability. In order to meet the requirements, experimentally we use the semiconductor laser using the main oscillator --- power amplifier (Master-oscillator power amplifier: MOPA) single-frequency semiconductor laser TA10 0 (Germany Topicas). We use saturation
