To study the treating methods on femoral head necrosis of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages.65 patients were observed by operative treatment, and their curative efficacy were observed by follow-up.The excellent and good rate was 87.69％.but the curative effect was obviously higher in the Ⅱ stage(97.22) than in the Ⅲ stage of femoral head necrosis(75.86％).
