将9-苯基-2,4,8,10-四氧螺(5,5)十一烷-3-酮{2-phenyl-5,5-bis(hydroxyl-methyl)-trimethylene,PTC}与三亚甲基碳酸酯(trimethylene carbonate,TMC)进行微波开环共聚反应,合成碳酸酯共聚物;并探讨单体投料比、催化剂用量、微波聚合功率、微波聚合温度,及微波辐照时间对聚合物分子量的影响.研究表明:在反应温度为180℃,微波辐照功率为50 W,反应时间为20 min的条件下,生成的聚合物分子量最大,且分子量分布范围较窄.
(2-phenyl-5,5-bis (hydroxyl-methyl) -trimethylene, PTC} and 9-phenyl- 2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro (5,5) Trimethylene carbonate (TMC) was synthesized by microwave ring-opening copolymerization. The effects of monomer feed ratio, catalyst dosage, microwave polymerization power, microwave polymerization temperature and microwave irradiation time on the polymer The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 180 ℃, microwave irradiation power of 50 W and reaction time of 20 min, the resulting polymer has the largest molecular weight and narrower molecular weight distribution.
