Bispecific and multispecific antibodies offer great advantages over conventional monoclonal antibodies due to their ability to bind two or more antigens simultaneously and their potential to deliver two or more therapeutic moieties in a single molecule.Well discuss our effort to engineer and optimize the multispecific antibody formats to circumvent problems and limitations associated with bispecific molecules and provide the data of our multispecific constructs with excellent expression in mammalian cells, good biophysical stability, and potential manufacturing feasibility. These features make them the ideal scaffold template for the construction of similar molecules to target multiple antigens in complex diseases.
