In the last decade,several adulteration of edible oils issues have aroused people to pay a great emphasis on edible oil safety issue,hence,to distinguish of various vegetable oils is important in vegetable oils fraud and food safety.This study developed the non-targeted HS-SPME-GC-MS and non-targeted LLE-LC-HRMS/MS approach techniques for discriminating the different vegetable oils and identification of volatile and non-volatile markers for classification of various vegetable oils.To detect the volatile and semi-volatile compounds in vegetable oils,HS-SPME experiments performed by using a manual SPME holder and 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS fiber as extraction fiber.To analyze the non-volatile compounds in vegetable oils,the liquid-liquid extraction(LLE)using methanol as extraction was utilized.The analytical results were visualized by PCA model to provide effective discriminating of various vegetable oils.The results demonstrated 12 potential markers were obtained from the HS-SPME-GC-MS methods and 10 potential markers were characterized by using LLE-LC-HRMS/MS technique.The potential markers identified by the proposed methods were applied successfully to classify the different kinds of vegetable oils.
