随着电信业务的快速发展,运营商的基础网络数据越来越复杂、庞大,如何更高效、更合理、更清晰地利用好和维护好这些基础数据,来实现精确管控,提高维护效率,更好地支撑电信业务的发展,成了各运营商非常重视的问题.本文讲述的智慧光网运营平台就是为了解决这些问题而开发的.
