　　In this study, the effects of functionalization of mutliwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on mechanical and thermal properties of MWCNTs/Epoxy nanocomposites were investigated.The composites were fabricated by solution blending.Epoxy resin was used as matrix material with pristine and three different surfactants noncovalently functionalized MWCNTs indicated by the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) as reinforcements.
